Sometimes a yard just needs a reset. Not a full redesign - just someone to come in, clean things up, and set the lawn up to actually grow. That's exactly what we did at this Bayport property.
We started with some light tree trimming to get the canopy cleaned up, then focused on the edging around the house beds. Fresh, crisp edges along the rock beds make a huge difference in how put-together a property looks. The line between lawn and landscape is one of those things people notice even when they can't explain why.
From there, we moved to the turf. The lawn had some thin and bare areas that needed attention. We brought in fresh topsoil, spread seed, and finished it with straw and tackifier to lock everything in place. That tackifier part matters - it bonds the straw to the soil so it doesn't blow away before the seed has a chance to germinate. It's a small detail that makes a real difference in how well new grass gets established.
The whole job is a good example of how a few targeted services - trimming, edging, and overseeding - can pull a yard back together without breaking the budget. No major renovation needed. Just the right work done the right way.
A lot of lawns around here look rough this time of year. If yours has bare patches, overgrown edges, or trees that need a trim, this is the kind of work we do every day. We handle both lawn care maintenance and landscape cleanup, so we can tackle the whole picture at once.
