Some properties just have a lot going on. Multiple garden beds, rock borders, stamped concrete pool decks, pergolas, retaining walls, ornamental trees - the works. And after a long winter, all of it needs attention at once. Weeds push through the mulch, debris settles into the rock, and the edging that made everything look sharp gets buried under months of buildup.
That's exactly what we were working with here. This estate had all the right bones - beautiful landscaping, great hardscaping, well-established plantings - but it needed a full reset before the season got going. We came in and cleared it out top to bottom. Weeds pulled, leaves and debris removed, beds cleaned up, and edging brought back to a clean line throughout the property.
The thing about a property like this is that the details matter. Fresh dark mulch against clean stone borders. Edging that follows the natural flow of each bed. Grass that's tight and uniform right up to where the rock retaining wall starts. None of that happens on its own - it takes real attention to every corner of the place.
We've got this one set up on a scheduled maintenance plan that runs through spring, summer, and fall. That's how a property this size stays looking its best without the owner having to think about it. Consistent visits, consistent results. No scrambling after things get out of hand.
Large properties are a big commitment to maintain. If yours has been piling up since winter and you're not sure where to start, that's exactly where we come in.
